This very aromatic variety, also known as savagnin rose, flourishes mainly in Germany, Austria and of course in Alsace, his very probable place of birth. Gewurztraminer is easily recognizable on the palate, displaying very charming and expressive aromas of rose, exotic fruits, spices and honey, all with a certain exuberance.
