Château de la Selve: vibrant cuvées combining freshness and character

Château de la Selve offers a range of around ten cuvées that fully reflect the soul of southern Ardèche, combining freshness and distinctive character

On the red wine side, the cuvées reveal typical blends based on Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault. These wines appeal with their balance between a beautiful indulgentjuicy attack and a well-defined structure, combining suppleness and depth. Each wine accurately expresses the richness of the IGP Coteaux de l’Ardèche terroir, offering both aromatic intensity and refined tannins.

The production of white wine at the estate stands out for its elegant and precise wines, notably made from the Roussanne and Viognier grape varieties. These cuvées, delicately floral and mineral, benefit from meticulous winemaking that preserves their natural freshness and liveliness. They offer a refined aromatic palette, oscillating between fruity notes and floral touches, perfect for accompanying indulgentmoments.

Two rosés complete this range, one offering freshness and lightness (Maguelonne), while the cuvée L’Audacieuse reveals itself as a great gastronomic and characterful rosé.

Beyond sensory quality, all the wines from Château de la Selve reflect a deep commitment to organic and biodynamic viticulture, respectful of the soil and natural balance.

Whether you are looking for full-bodied and structured reds, fresh and refined whites, or fruity and lively rosés, the Château de la Selve range is a wonderful invitation to discover a unique terroir, driven by a passionate and committed family.
