The Chazallon family has been at the helm since the early 1990s of Château de la Selve, a property located in the middle of the Ardèche. In 2002, Benoît Chazallon launched the estate's wine business with his wife and followed from the start the precepts of organic and biodynamic farming. At the head of 44 hectares, the couple today produces wines full of enthusiasm and are very attached to preserving freshness within their vintages. The Petite Selve vintage presented here and composed of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah is the perfect incarnation.
