The Chazallon family has been at the helm since the early 1990s of the Château de la Selve, a property located in the heart of the Ardèche. In 2002, Benoît Chazallon launched the vineyard activity of the estate with his wife, following from the start the principles of organic and biodynamic farming. Managing 44 hectares, the couple now produces wines full of vigor and are very committed to preserving freshness within their cuvées. The cuvée  Petite Selve presented here, composed of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah , is the perfect embodiment of this.
