Based in Maury, Mas Amiel has more than 150 hectares of vines scattered across the AOC Maury, Côtes-du-Roussillon as well as the IGP Côtes Catalanes. The great rise of the estate is mainly due to one man: Olivier Decelle, also owner of the Decelle & Fils estate in Burgundy or Château Jean Faure in Saint-Émilion. He was able to give a new impetus to the property to make it recognized as one of the most beautiful signatures of Roussillon. A wide range of dry wines as well as Vins Doux Naturels (VDN) are available for our greatest pleasure. Note that the entire property has been converted to organic farmingand is now turning tobiodynamics.
