Hélène Jaeger Defaix is at the head of 6 hectares, all exclusively located on the Rully AOC. This small Burgundy appellation in the Côte Chalonnaise still offers excellent value for money, and it would be a shame to miss out on it as the quality of the wines is outstanding! With more than  three-quarters of its vines classified as Premier Cru, the family indeed has a superb heritage that they showcase beautifully. While the Rully village red is approachable in its youth and offers a deep and vibrant fruit, the premier crus offer a lot of finesse, minerality, and impressive precision that will reveal themselves after a few years of patience.
