Purchase wines Domaine Garnier & Fils

Located in Ligny-le-Châtel, north of Chablis, the  domaine Garnier & Fils is managed by brothers Jérôme and Xavier Garnier and covers nearly 30 hectares exclusively dedicated to Chardonnay. The  Premiers crus and Grands crus cuvées of the estate come from grape purchases from partner winemakers, but the quality here is impeccable, allowing the production  of great terroir wines. The Garnier brothers are also committed to carrying out particularly meticulous aging processes, whether in stainless steel tanks, large wooden vats, or barrels. Finally, the vinifications here are minimalist with the use of indigenous yeasts and extremely light filtration of the cuvées to impact them as little as possible. Go for the Chablis, pleasure guaranteed!
