Another great dry wine from the estate, Clos de Mosny is a monopole of 7 hectares located in Saint-Martin-le-Beau, facing due south on a soil of flinty clay over limestone. This cuvée impresses with its controlled power and its masterful balance. The nose is intense, combining ripe yellow fruits, white flowers, chalky notes, and a hint of toast. On the palate, the wine is broad, deep, with a mineral tension that extends the finish. It is a dense and precise wine that rivals the greatest white wines of France.

Higher up in the range, Les Hauts de Husseau comes from the estate’s oldest vines on very limestone-rich terroirs. The wine is taut, vertical, almost sharp, with beautiful energy.It develops notes of pear, candied citrus, dried flowers, with a well-integrated oakiness. It is aimed at lovers of vibrant and structured dry whites, capable of aging beautifully in the cellar.

The estate also offers a very refined range of single-vineyard wines. Clos Michet comes from a tuffeau terroir typical of Montlouis. It produces a wine that is more accessible in its youth, with a straight palate, lovely bitterness, and an elegant aromatic profile of white fruit, acacia, and chalk. La Bretonnière, a little rounder, nevertheless retains the estate’s characteristic freshness. Venise, more confidential, is a fleshy, expressive cuvée, with ripe fruit but perfectly balanced.

For sweet wines, La Taille aux Loups offers a cuvée simply named  Moelleux, made from selections of overripe or slightly botrytized grapes depending on the vintage. The result is a smooth, elegant wine with aromas of quince, honey, exotic fruits, and a lively acidity that prevents any heaviness.

On the sparkling side, the estate is an essential reference with its natural sparkling wines. The most famous remains the  Triple Zéro, a natural sparkling wine (ancestral method) with no added sugar at any stage: zero chaptalization, zero tirage liqueur, zero dosage. It is a brut nature sparkling wine, lively, precise, dry, with fine bubbles, featuring aromas of fresh apple, citrus zest, chalk, and a mouthwatering finish.In the same spirit,  Triple Zéro Rosé, made from Gamay, Côt, or Pinot Noir depending on the vintage, follows this approach with no additives: fine bubbles, crisp fruit (strawberry, redcurrant), lively acidity, and great drinkability. For a more classic version,  Brut Tradition offers a slightly dosed bubble (but very little), with more roundness, while maintaining a clean and elegant style.

Finally, Cuvée des Loups blends several terroirs of the estate in a more concentrated and structured version. Aged for a longer period, it reveals aromatic depth, a creamy texture, with notes of ripe fruit, hazelnut, and a saline backbone on the finish. This is a gastronomic wine, built for aging, that completes an already impressive range.
