Since 2002, Reinhard Brundig has been at the helm of the Domaine de Courbissac. In 2013, he partnered with Brunnhilde Claux, who now oversees the winemaking process and has radically changed the profile of the wines, focusing on freshness and elegance to better showcase the beautiful terroirs of the Minervois appellation. The 17 hectares are cultivated organically and are surrounded by garrigue. Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre are the main grape varieties in this beautiful vineyard, which continues to progress year after year!
