Since 2002, Reinhard Brundig has been at the helm of the domaine de Courbissac. In 2013, he partnered with Brunnhilde Claux, who now handles the winemaking and has radically changed the wine profile, focusing on freshness and elegance to better showcase the beautiful terroirs of the Minervois appellation. The 17 hectares are cultivated organically and are surrounded by garrigue. Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre are the main players in this beautiful vineyard, which is progressing year after year!
