Since 2002, Reinhard Brundig has been at the head of the Domaine de Courbissac. He partnered in 2013 with Brunnhilde Claux who now takes care of the vinification part and has radically changed the profile of the wines, turning to a search for freshness and elegance to better enhance the beautiful terroirs of the Minervois appellation. The 17 hectares are cultivated organically and are surrounded by scrubland. Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre are here the main actors of this beautiful vineyard growing year after year!
