Established since 1951 in Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the heart of the renowned Côte des Blancs, the Pertois-Moriset house was founded by Yves Pertois and his wife Janine Moriset. The estate has always remained family-run, and today their granddaughter Cécile, together with her husband Vincent, manages the 20-hectare vineyard. The vines consist of 13 hectares of 100% Chardonnay in the Côte des Blancs as well as 7 hectares in the terroirs of the Côte de Sézanne, made up of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% of Chardonnay.
