Pertois-Moriset Champagne

Established in Mesnil-sur-Oger since 1951, the Pertois-Moriset house was created by Yves Pertois and his wife Janine Moriset. The business remains family-run, and today Cécile manages the 20-hectare vineyard with her husband Vincent. The vines consist of 13 hectares of Chardonnay within the Côte des Blancs and 7 hectares on the terroirs of the Côte de Sézanne, made up of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay.
