Established since 1951 in Mesnil-sur-Oger within the famous Côte des Blancs, the Pertois-Moriset house was created by Yves Pertois and his wife Janine Moriset. The estate has always remained in the family fold, and Cécile, their granddaughter, now manages the 20-hectare vineyard with her husband Vincent. The vines consist of  13 hectares of 100% Chardonnay within the Côte des Blancs as well as 7 hectares on the terroirs of the Côte de Sézanne, made up of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% of Chardonnay.The champagnes from the house boast a magnificent aromatic richness, evolving between finesse, elegance, and indulgence.
