The estate : The house Pertois-Moriset is located in Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the very heart of the Côte des Blancs. Created by Yves Pertois and Janine Moriset in 1951, the family estate is now run by their granddaughter Cécile, alongside her husband Vincent. With just over 20 hectares, the vineyard spans two distinct terroirs: the Côte des Blancs, where all the vines are dedicated to Chardonnay, and the Coteaux Sézannais, where Pinot Noir is predominant (60%). The couple produces champagnes that express freshness, elegance, and indulgence. The balance of the wines is sumptuous, notably thanks to their perfect understanding of their terroirs and to very precise, low dosages. A favorite estate that you absolutely must discover (or rediscover)!
