Keywords : Minerality / Elegance / Deliciousness
The wine : The cuvée The Blend from the Pertois-Moriset estate is a harmonious champagne, mineral and delicious resulting from a perfect balance between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It therefore expresses itself with a slight vinosity perfectly counterbalanced by a lot of elegance. Fruity notes of citrus, green apple, and pear are accompanied on the palate by succulent aromas of fresh almonds, of brioche and of toasted bread. The whole is airy and supported by a very fine bubble. The Pertois-Moriset signature is therefore very present, oscillating between freshness and deliciousness. An ideal champagne for the aperitif and one to which you will VERY easily return!

The estate : The Pertois-Moriset house is located in Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the very heart of the Côte des Blancs. Created by Yves Pertois and Janine Moriset in 1951, the family estate is now run by Cécile, their granddaughter, alongside her husband Vincent. With just over 20 hectares, the vineyard spans two distinct terroirs: the Côte des Blancs, where all the vines are dedicated to Chardonnay, as well as the Coteaux Sézannais, where Pinot Noir is predominant (60%). The couple produce champagnes expressing freshness, elegance, and deliciousness. The balance of the wines is sumptuous, notably thanks to their perfect understanding of their terroirs as well as to very precise, low dosages. A favorite estate that you simply must discover (or rediscover)!
