Purchase AOC Mercurey wines

The Mercurey designation is located within the Côte Chalonnaise and covers approximately 650 hectares, of which 25% are classified as Premier Cru. The AOC predominantly produces red wines (more than 80%), although excellent white wines are also made in its appellation area. The reds offer very indulgent and fleshy aromas, while those from the best terroirs present more aromatic depth and a certain tannic presence. The chardonnays often evolve on a fresh and fairly round register, although some plots wonderfully highlight the minerality of their clay-limestone terroir.
