Château de Pommard
Founded in 1726, the Château de Pommard is one of the most iconic wine estates in the entire Côte de Beaune. The property stands out mainly thanks to its great red wines made from the Pinot Noir grape variety, cultivated on historic plots such as Clos Marey-Monge, a private monopole surrounded by stone walls and benefiting from an exceptional terroir. Since 2014 and the acquisition by the Carabello-Baum family, the vineyard has been managed using biodynamics and offers wines that are both graceful, elegant, and full of character. A great name in Burgundy that you absolutely must discover.
