Born from a blend dominated by Niellucciu and complemented by Sciaccarellu as well as Syrah and Carcaghjolu Neru, it brilliantly expresses the uniqueness of the windy, clay-granitic terroir of Figari. From the very first nose, it captivates with its intense aromas of red and black fruits, spices, and garrigue. On the palate, the balance is remarkable, the tannins are very fine, and a silky texture combines with a particularly pleasant freshness. Aged in large casks and barrels, this great biodynamic Corsican wine reveals beautiful finesse and great elegance. Divine pairings to be planned with poultry, grilled red meats, slow-cooked dishes, and matured cheeses!
