Located in the heart of the Burgundy wine region, the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune AOC allows the production of high-quality wines while showing very promising potential for the future. Its vineyard, situated between 250 and 400 meters in altitude, benefits from ideal conditions to preserve the freshness of the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape varieties planted there. Spanning over 830 hectares, of which 80% is Pinot Noir, the vineyard is based on clay-limestone soils rich in marl, offering a diversity of terroirs conducive to the expression of fruit and minerality. The resulting red wines are distinguished by their freshness and fruity elegance, while the whites develop a lively acidity that gives them character and highlights their refined aromatic profile.
