Domaine Plou et Fils

Founded in 1508 near Amboise, the Plou & Fils estate embodies a long family tradition. Today, brothers Mathieu and Guillaume Plou, together with their nephew Émile Coddens (known for his passion and educational approach on social media), continue this expertise. The vineyard covers 108 hectares, part of which is in organic conversion. Côt (Malbec), Gamay, and Cabernet-franc make up the reds and rosés, while Chardonnay, Chenin, and Sauvignon define the estate’s white and sparkling wines. Winemaking here is minimally interventionist, with a very moderate (sometimes zero) use of sulfites.The estate thus offers sincere wines that respect living things with excellent value for money!
