The estate : Located on the banks of the Loire just a few kilometers from the famous city of Amboise, the Plou & Fils estate boasts a very long winemaking tradition. More than 500 years of family history have shaped this beautiful vineyard, which today covers 108 hectares. Set on clay-limestone soils, the entire estate is HVE 3 certified and about ten hectares are even managed according to the principles of organic farming. The estate’s red and rosé wines are made from Gamay, Malbec (or Côt), and Cabernet Franc grapes, while the whites and sparkling wines are produced from Chenin, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon varieties. The cuvées offered perfectly represent the great viticultural diversity of the Loire and also offer outstanding value for money.
