In 1946, Albert Baron, descended from a long line of winegrowers, created his own house of Champagne next to his wife Béatrice. A few decades later, it was only natural that they in turn passed on the reins of the estate they had created to their children Gervais, Gilbert and Claude. Finally, the latter will once again pass on their common heritage to Claude's three daughters: Lise, Aline and Claire. The property has therefore gone through three generations and has grown considerably, growing from barely 1 hectare to 55 hectares. Today, the three sisters each have their role to play in the family business, but all important decisions are made collectively. Their goal: to create quality champagnes while respecting their terroir as much as possible. The latter have therefore invested a lot in order to equip themselves with a high-tech vat, allowing them to create festive sparkling wines with excellent value for money!
