Located in Meursault and founded in 2021 by Maxime Girardin, the Pegasus Distillery develops a range of artisanal spirits that combine precision, quality ingredients, and creativity. -Pegasus Vodka embodies purity and elegance. Crafted from organic French wheat, it captivates with its silky texture, freshness, and delightful balance. Its finesse makes it an ideal vodka both for pure tasting and for creating refined cocktails.

-Shooting Star Vodka offers a more modern and daring expression of vodka. This is indeed rested in stoneware amphorae to refine its texture before benefiting from an infusion of meteorite, with the aim of bringing greater minerality to the palate. Its precise aromatic profile and great smoothness offer a very elegant tasting experience. It can be enjoyed both on the rocks and in cocktails, where it brings freshness and finesse to the most original creations.

-With Orion Gin, the distillery demonstrates all its expertise in the world of craft gin. This spirit reveals a complex aromatic palette carried by notes of citrus (bitter orange), berries (juniper), and aromatic plants (lemon thyme, verbena, orange mint) carefully blended. Its balance between freshness and intensity makes it a spirit of character, particularly appreciated in gin and tonic or in the great classics of mixology.

-Finally, the Eau d'Or Liqueur, an indulgent creation highlighting the citrus fruits of Menton (lemon, orange, orange blossom). Ideal in a Spritz, it is enjoyed as an aperitif or with a citrus dessert.
