Nona Drinks - Non-alcoholic Beverages
Nona Drinks is the creation of Charlotte Matthys, a Belgian entrepreneur and bioscience engineer. Passionate about nature and innovation, she launched in 2019 Nona June to offer a non-alcoholic alternative to Gin. This was followed by Nona Spritz in 2022 and then Nona Ginger in 2023. All recipes in the range are alcohol-free and created in partnership with the 2017 Best Belgian Sommelier as well as several Michelin-starred chefs. The distillation is carried out with a water base and bottling takes place in Ghent, Belgium. Special care is also taken when selecting the various botanicals used in the composition of the products.
