The spirit : Nona Spritz is the world's first non-alcoholic Spritz. However, this is absolutely not noticeable on the palate! The tasting experience is even much more qualitative compared to the famous brand in the category. Nona Spritz also has several other advantages, including being 7 times less sweet ! Moreover, the recipe contains 27 botanicals (blood orange, gentian, grapefruit, mandarin, etc.), all 100% natural and sourced from France. Some cocktail ideas :

-Spritz & Tonic: 1/3 Nona Spritz and 2/3 Tonic - or with sparkling water-,

-Spritz & Sour: 6cl Nona Spritz, 3cl lemon juice, 2cl sugar, 2 drops orange blossom water, 1 egg white for texture. To be made in a shaker!

-Nona Spritz Cooler: 5cl Nona Spritz, 2cl grapefruit juice, 1cl lemon juice, a pinch of salt, 7cl grapefruit soda, ice cubes.

-Nona Spritz Strawberry Smash: 5cl Nona Spritz, 2cl lemon juice, 2cl sugar syrup, 2 strawberries to crush, a bit of Tonic, ice cubes.

The brand : Nona Drinks is the creation of Charlotte Matthys, a Belgian entrepreneur and bioscience engineer. Passionate about nature and innovation, she created in 2019 Nona June to offer a non-alcoholic alternative to Gin. This was followed by Nona Spritz in 2022 and then Nona Ginger in 2023. All the recipes in the range are alcohol-free and were created in partnership with the best Belgian sommelier of 2017 as well as several Michelin-starred chefs. The distillation is carried out with a water base and bottling takes place in Ghent, Belgium. Special care is also taken when selecting the different botanicals used in the composition of the products.
