Buy Château Saransot-Dupré wines

The Château Saransot-Dupré is an excellent Cru Bourgeois Supérieur located on l 'AOC Listrac-Médoc. The latter, often unfairly overlooked because it is surrounded by more prestigious neighbors like Saint-Julien or Margaux, nevertheless deserves to be placed on the menu because its clay-limestone terroir makes it possible to produce wines with a more slender profile, expressing finesse and minerality. This is the case here thanks to the excellent work of Yves Raymond who took over the 17 hectares of vines from his family at the end of the 1980s. The grape varieties are mainly composed of Merlot then Petit verdot, Cabernet-franc, Cabernet -sauvignon and a hint of Carménère.
