The wine: A beautiful Provençal white wine from gastronomy, here is how this vintage Confidentielle from the Figuière estate could be summed up. This 100% Rolle in fact expresses a generous aromatic evolving on aromas of peach, pear and citrus accompanied by a  floral touch (honeysuckle) as well as gourmet oaky and vanilla notes. A creamy substance and a beautiful roundness transport us throughout this tasting which ends in a heady length. Succulent!

The estate: If the Combard family is originally from Burgundy, it is Provence which has revealed since 1992 the brothers' talents as winegrowers and winemakers. It was in fact at this time that Alain Combard fell in love with the 18 hectares of Domaine Saint André de Figuière which he then decided to buy with a vision: to create great local rosés. His children Magali, Delphine and François have since taken over but the same vision is present. Dnow at the head of 87 hectares cultivated in organic farming, the brothers and sisters magnificently reveal the shale terroir of La Londe as well as the clay-limestone soils of their properties. The vintages made in rosé, white and red cover all desires: from perfectly made "small wine" pleasure to great wines for aging and gastronomy, you will certainly find what you are looking for at the domaine Figuière!
