This 100% Rolle indeed expresses a generous aromatic profile evolving towards aromas of peach, pear, and citrus fruits accompanied by a floral touch (honeysuckle) as well as some indulgent woody and vanilla notes. A creamy texture and a beautiful roundness carry us throughout this tasting, which ends with a lingering finish. Delicious!

The estate : If the Combard family is originally from Burgundy, it is Provence that has revealed the winemaking talents of the siblings since 1992. It was at that time that Alain Combard fell in love with the 18 hectares of Domaine Saint André de Figuière, which he then decided to acquire with a vision: to create great terroir rosés. His children Magali, Delphine, and François have since taken over, but the same vision remains. Now at the head of 87 hectares cultivated organically, the siblings magnificently reveal the schist terroir of La Londe as well as the clay-limestone soils of their estates.
