The estate : Located in Saint-Jean-de-Muzols in the northern Rhône Valley, the Domaine Jolivet produces wines of remarkable elegance. Since 2014, Bastien Jolivet has taken over the estate and produces terroir-driven, deep and complex red and white Saint-Joseph wines. Located on south and southeast-facing granite hillsides, the estate's 11 hectares of vines are cultivated using organic farming methods (not certified), while the aging process takes place in demi-muids and aims to preserve the purity of the fruit. Harvesting is done by hand, and vinification uses indigenous yeasts. The estate's cuvées are a must-discover for all connoisseurs of fine Rhône Valley wines.
