The estate : From a lineage of 11 generations of winegrowers, François Raquillet began working the vines with his father in 1984 and took over the estate in 1990 with his wife Emmanuelle. Since then, he has made significant changes to the working philosophy by reducing yields and introducing the use of top-quality barrels. The estate now manages 14 hectares of vines (75% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay) within the Mercurey AOC in Côte Chalonnaise and offers a  diverse range of high-level white and red wines. Since 2018, their daughter Jeanne has joined them on the estate, ensuring the family continuity of the business.
