Le Petit Clos du Cellier is a structured, elegant and fine Pinot Noir. Its aroma evolves into gourmet and intense black fruits (black cherry, blackberry) highlighted by a melted woodiness very justly balanced giving it delicious notes of toast t890> as well as a hint of vanilla. The estate: Existing since 1130, the Domaine du Cellier aux Moines is a property with a very rich and ancient history. To convince yourself of this, you can read the work “Nine centuries in the heart of Burgundy” written by Gilles Platret as well as the owner of the estate, Philippe Pascal. It is the latter who, since 2004, has been with his family at the head of this beautiful 10 hectare property. If the heart of the vineyard is in AOC Givry, the family also owns small plots in Chassagne-Montrachet, Santenay and Puligny-Montrachet. The vineyard has been certified in Organic Agriculture since 2020 (1st estate in Givry) and biodynamic certification is planned in the years to come. Since 2015, Guillaume Marko has joined the property to take care of winemaking. The vintages reach a great level of purity and richness specific to that of the Burgundian elite.
