The wine : Cuvée Tardive from Clos de la Roilette is a delicious Gamay from a selection of old vines aged between 70 and 80 years. True to the spirit of the Fleurie appellation, the result is a deliciously indulgent wine with a velvety texture and a lovely concentration. The palate is intense and develops notes of violet, fruits fleshy red and black fruits (cherry, strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, plum) with a peppery touch as well as very well-crafted fine tannins. A magnificent reflection of its appellation that will elegantly accompany a fine charcuterie board as well as white and red meat dishes.
