The estate : With a rich history dating back to 1732, Château du Moulin-à-Vent is located in the commune of Romanèche-Thorins, at the heart of the prestigious eponymous appellation of Beaujolais. Since its acquisition by the Parinet family in 2009, the estate has returned to the forefront and is now undoubtedly one of the most beautiful vineyards in the region. Edouard Parinet has also partnered with cellar master and oenologist Brice Laffond, crafting Gamays in a very refined and elegant style, and highlighting the beautiful diversity of the appellation’s terroirs.
