The estate : The family business Champagne Bernard Gaucher is located in the Aube, at the heart of the Côte des Bar. In this region of Champagne, situated southeast of Troyes, Pinot Noir is predominant and therefore naturally makes up the majority of the family's cuvées, often complemented by a touch of Chardonnay. Guillaume Gaucher now heads the estate, which covers around twenty hectares, and oversees both the vineyard and the winemaking in the cellar.
