The estate: The family business Champagne Bernard Gaucher is located in Aube in the heart of the Côte des Bar. In this region of Champagne located to the south-east of Troyes, Pinot noir is the majority and it is therefore quite natural that it makes up most of the family's vintages, often complemented by a little Chardonnay. Guillaume Gaucher is today at the head of the twenty-hectare farm and supervises both the vines and the winemaking in the cellar. Bon champagne avec une robe légèrement teinté et une aromatique sur les agrumes, la pêche et des notes briochées. La bulle est un peu trop légère peut-être mais perso ça ne m'a pas dérangé. Bon choix

Très bon champagne à prix raisonnable ! Bulles fines, légèrement vineux mais juste ce qu'il faut pour que ça ait du caractère tout en restant parfait pour l'apéro.

Bon champagne de fête....
Bon champagne de fête. Bulle légère mais agréable, aromatique sympa et bien équilibré. Très bien à l'apéritif bon rapport qualité-prix.
