The wine : Anthocyane is THE great red wine of Domaine Fleuriet! This characterful Pinot Noir comes from the family's old vines and is a true gem of substance and concentration! Indeed, this is a cuvée offering a delicious balance oscillating between an intense and deep fruitiness (black cherry, velvety blackberry) as well as elegant aging notes (toasted bread, vanilla, woody). A Sancerre that could easily be mistaken for a Burgundy Pinot Noir in a blind tasting and which will pair perfectly with poultry and red meats!

The estate : Located in Menetou-Râtel, right next to Sancerre, the Domaine Fleuriet is managed by Mathieu and Benoit along with their father Bernard. With great friendliness and an extraordinary sense of hospitality, the two brothers and their father produce magnificent wines where the terroir is expressed with great clarity. Covering 30 hectares (mainly in AOC Sancerre but also in Menetou-Salon), Sauvignon reigns supreme here, accompanied by a little Pinot Noir. The estate has been certified Organic Farming since 2016 and Demeter (biodynamics) since 2021. The winemaking is carried out with minimal intervention to allow the terroir to express itself (indigenous yeasts, minimal use of sulfur, etc.). The estate's range is varied and each cuvée has its own identity. The only common point: the quality of the wines!
