Located in the heart of the AOC Terrasses du Larzac, the Mas Cal Demoura is an emblematic estate of the  Languedoc. Created in the 1990s, the property has been managed since 2004 by Vincent and Isabelle Goumard. They brilliantly reveal the full potential of their 16 hectares of terroir, notably through the principles of biodynamic agriculture. The local climate, both Mediterranean and mountainous, as well as the varied soils of the vineyard, allow for the production of very high-level red wines combining structure and finesse with a great aging potential.
