The Figuière estate is a true Provençal favorite! Since its beginnings in 1979, Alain Combard has cultivated his vineyard according to the principles of organic farming out of respect for his terroir as well as for his family. His children Magali, Delphine, and François have since taken over and continue to honor the family tradition with a high-quality range of fine wines. Their 125 hectares are spread over two distinct terroirs: one is located inland in the commune of Pignans and is distinctly clay-limestone while the vines in the village of La Londe Les Maures grow near the Mediterranean on schist soils giving a superb character to the estate’s cuvées.The grape varieties are diverse and consist of 10 different types, with the main ones being Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre for the red and rosé wines, as well as Vermentino (Rolle) for the white wines.
