At 29, Julien Boehler is at the head of 8 hectares officially converted to Organic Farming since the 2021 vintage. Located around Molsheim (near Strasbourg), the family vines are all on hillsides and the 40 plots identified therefore require a lot of maintenance work. The cuvées offered by the siblings represent excellent value for money and are produced in a generous and sincere style. A magnificent expression of Alsatian terroirs!
