Winegrowing family par excellence, the Illuminati have been cultivating vines in the Abruzzo region since 1890. The Dino Illuminati estate was created in 1950 so that the siblings could express their own vision of the regional terroirs. Today, Dino is accompanied by his son Stefano, as well as his two other children Lorenzo and Anna, and his wife Marina. Together, they oversee their 130 hectares located between sea and mountains. Their range is now a benchmark of consistent quality throughout Italy and internationally. Of course, the star of the estate is the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grape variety, which is used to produce almost exclusively all the reds of the estate.
