Sophie and David Faure are at the helm of this beautiful small family estate of 9.5 hectares located in the delightful Margaux AOC. Converted to organic farming since the 2010 vintage, the vineyard of Château Mille Roses is predominantly composed of Cabernet Sauvignon and complemented by Merlot as well as Petit Verdot. The couple produces graceful and elegant wines with supple tannins, all with beautifully ripe fruit.The fruitiness is indeed often highlighted here and simply enhanced by barrel aging which adds aromatic richness, allowing the cuvées to age easily in the cellar despite their accessible character.
