The Château de Tracy has become, under the direction of Juliette d'Assay, an emblem of the AOC Pouilly-Fumé. The 36 hectares here are entirely devoted to Sauvignon and produce mineral wines, fruity and full of energy. The conversion to organic farming is underway and will reveal even more the beautiful soils of marl, limestone, clay and flint of the property.
