The wine: This delicious Pouilly-Fumé from Château de Tracy expresses an absolutely brilliant fruitiness. A magnificent palette of aromas specific to Sauvignon unfolds on the palate: citrus, green apple, peach, gooseberry, kiwi, passion fruit, elderberry etc., the list is long ! Very aromatic, a beautiful minerality and a great finesse also emerge from this wine. It's hard not to succumb to its charms!

The estate: Located in Tracy-sur-Loire, the Château de Tracy is an estate with a very ancient history. A manuscript also mentions the presence of vines as early as 1396 on the current terroirs. The property is today managed by Juliette d'Assay, a direct descendant of the Count d'Assay, to whom the castle belonged in the 15th century. Sauvignon reigns supreme here on the 36 hectares of very calcareous soils. The property has also begun a conversion towards organic farming and the first labeled vintage will be that of 2022. The wines offered do honor to the region and are defined by their finesse as well as their beautiful, very expressive fruitiness.
