The estate: Located in Tracy-sur-Loire, Château de Tracy is an estate with a very ancient history. A manuscript also mentions the presence of vines from 1396 on the current terroirs. The property is now run by Juliette d'Assay, a direct descendant of the Comte d'Assay, to whom the chateau belonged in the 15th century. Sauvignon reigns supreme here on the 36 hectares with very calcareous soils. The property has also started a conversion to organic farming and the first labeled vintage will be that of 2022. The wines offered are a credit to the region and are defined by their finesse as well as their beautiful, very expressive fruitiness.
