The wine: Mademoiselle de T is a cuvée driven by absolutely stunning fruitiness of gourmandise and liveliness. notes of fresh citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit) and white fruits (peach, pear) rub shoulders with exotic aromas (mango, passion fruit) , creating an explosion of delicious flavors in the mouth. A very pure minerality also emerges from this bottle which constitutes a very sure value of the AOC Pouilly-Fumé. A delicious sauvignon to be enjoyed as an aperitif or at the table with seafood and fish.

The estate: Located in Tracy-sur-Loire, the Château de Tracy is an estate with a very ancient history. A manuscript also mentions the presence of vines as early as 1396 on the current terroirs. The property is today managed by Juliette d'Assay, a direct descendant of the Count d'Assay, to whom the castle belonged in the 15th century. Sauvignon reigns supreme here on the 36 hectares of very limestone soils. The property has also begun a conversion to organic farming and the first labeled vintage will be that of 2022. The wines offered do honor to the region and are defined by their finesse as well as their beautiful, very expressive fruitiness.
