The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is one of the most famous  wine appellations in Italy. Located in Tuscany in the small village of Montalcino, it covers 2,100 hectares of predominantly limestone soils. Here, only the renowned  Sangiovese grape variety is cultivated, benefiting year-round from a mild Mediterranean climate. Thanks to low yields and long aging processes (a minimum of 5 years in total, including two in oak barrels), Brunello di Montalcino is a powerful wine, intense, and suitable for long aging. Opening a bottle of Brunello is like taking a direct flight to Italy and embarking on a magnificent moment of contemplation!
