Sophie and David Faure are at the helm of this beautiful small family estate of 9.5 hectares located within the delightful AOC Margaux. Converted to organic farming since the 2010 vintage, the vineyard of Château Mille Roses is mainly composed of Cabernet Sauvignon and complemented by Merlot as well as Petit Verdot. The couple produces graceful and elegant wines with soft tannins, all within a fruit of very beautiful maturity.The fruitiness is indeed often highlighted here and simply emphasized by barrel aging, which will add an aromatic richness allowing the cuvées to age easily in the cellar despite their accessible character.
