The AOC Savigny-lès-Beaune is located, as its name suggests, within the Côte de Beaune and covers approximately 350 hectares, planted with more than 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay. The appellation includes 22 climates classified as Premier Cru. Since the vineyard is located at the very north of the Côte de Beaune, the wines produced here still have a hint of Côte de Nuits situated further north.
