The spirit: Founded in 1825, the Glencadam distillery producing this delicate spirit is located in the Highlands, in the north-east of Scotland. This Single Malt from The Ultimate range was matured in old bourbon barrels for 7 years and presents a palate sailing on a beautiful sweetness between fruits, cereals and floral notes. Subtle citrus notes and white flowers appear on the palate and blend wonderfully with cereal aromas as well as a touch of vanilla and caramel. Delicious and complex!
