The spirit: What a favorite is this Japanese Gin KI NO BI from Kyoto Distillery! Of impressive elegance and finesse, its aromatic evolves into notes of fresh citrus fruits evoking yuzu zest while delicate aromas green tea perfume everything. Using a very pure rice alcohol as a base, a slight air of sake can shine through, while maintaining a clear typicality of gin. In total, 11 aromatics create this exceptional spirit. In addition to those previously mentioned, we also find juniper berries as well as local and exotic-sounding ingredients such as bamboo leaves, ginger, Sichuan pepper or even of red pine bark.
