The spirit: What a favourite this Japanese Gin from the brand KI NO BI! Impressive elegance and finesse, its aromatics develop into notes of fresh citrus fruits reminiscent of zest of yuzu and lemon yellow while delicate aromas of green tea perfume the whole. Using a very pure rice alcohol as a base, a little air of sake can shine through, while keeping a typical character that clearly defines a gin. In total, 11 aromatics create this exceptional spirit. In addition to those mentioned above, there are juniper berries but also local and exotic-sounding ingredients such as bamboo leaves, ginger, Sichuan pepper or even red pine bark.
