The spirit : What a favourite this  KI NO BI Japanese Gin from the Kyoto Distillery  is! With  impressive elegance and finesse, its aromatic profile develops on fresh citrus notes reminiscent of  yuzu zest  while delicate aromas of green tea perfume the whole. Using a very pure rice spirit as a base, a hint of sake may come through, while maintaining a clear gin identity. In total, 11 botanicals create this exceptional spirit. In addition to those previously mentioned, there are also juniper berries as well as ingredients with local and exotic accents such as bamboo leaves, ginger, Sichuan pepper and red pine bark.
