Hand-harvested and aged for 18 months in oak barrels, this succulent Nebbiolo is precise . Endowed with a beautiful vivacity specific to this grape variety as well as to the local climate, this Grand Vin presents very elegant aromas of plums and red fruit jam blending delicately with spicy notes (cloves, pepper, vanilla). These are completed by a delicious evolution tending towards undergrowth and leather while the whole is structured by small tannins very well worked as well as a warm alcohol. A favorite cuvée of great complexity reflecting the perfect knowledge of the estate's terroirs by its owner!

The estate: The vineyard of Armando Parusso is made up of 25 hectares located between Castiglione Falletto and Monforte d'Alba in Piedmont, Italy. The love of the vine has flowed for 4 generations in the veins of the family whose sole purpose is the production of great wines from the terroir, elegant and refined. Harvesting at the estate is manual and minimal interventionism is applied during vinification in order to bring out the uniqueness of each plot of the property. The Parusso family take very good care of their vines and this shows in the tasting of all their wines, the latter displaying very high levels of finesse and precision.
