Endowed with a beautiful liveliness characteristic of this grape variety as well as the local climate, this Grand Vin displays very elegant aromas of plum and red fruit jam delicately blending with spicy notes (clove, pepper, vanilla). These are complemented by a delicious evolution tending towards undergrowth and leather, while the whole is structured by fine tannins that are very well crafted, as well as a warm alcohol. The estate : The vineyard of Armando Parusso consists of 25 hectares located between Castiglione Falletto and Monforte d'Alba in Piedmont, Italy. The love of the vine has run through the family’s veins for 4 generations, whose sole aim is the production of great terroir wines that are elegant and refined. Harvesting at the estate is manual and minimal intervention is applied during vinification in order to bring out the uniqueness of each plot of the property.
