The spirit : This Amber Agricole Rum Profil 62 is definitely the most indulgent in the brand's range. Its aging for almost two years in American oak barrels gives it a consensual and generous profile, making it an ideal introduction to agricole rum. Particularly harmonious, its aromatic profile  evolves with fruity notes of apricot, peach, pineapple and also expresses  aromas of acacia honey, sugarcane as well as warm spices (pepper, vanilla, clove, etc.). A very well-balanced woody touch definitely affirms the beautiful overall complexity of this great spirit. Please note, there won't be enough for everyone as volumes are very limited each year (only 900 bottles) !
