The spirit : With this intense and spicy Profile 107, Neisson once again delights our taste buds. First aged in former bourbon barrels, this beautiful amber rum then undergoes a period in new barrels specially prepared with a house toasting number 107. The result is a delicious and very indulgent elixir. While the sugarcane is still very present, it is slightly less noticeable compared to Profile 105, and a spicier side (clove, cinnamon) and toasted character comes through. The aromas are also a bit more pastry-like, notably on apricot and peach. A real favorite !
