The spirit : Intravagan’za embodies the most fiery and expressive side of the Michel Couvreur range. This young three-year-old malt, bottled at 50%, draws its character from aging in Oloroso and Moscatel casks carried out in the house’s cellars. The nose develops with fresh almond, honey, and cereals, before revealing hints of white fruits and muscat grapes. The palate has remarkable energy : intense, it combines fruit, generosity, and a beautiful tension. Served slightly chilled, then left for a few minutes in the glass, Intravagan’za gradually reveals all its aromatic richness.
