The estate : The Antech Estate is a family-owned estate, managed by the eponymous family for 6 generations. Now led by Françoise Antech-Gazeau, the property is the largest independent producer in the region. A specialist in sparkling wines, the estate produces AOC Crémant de Limoux, Blanquette de Limoux, and Blanquette Méthode Ancestrale. The wines are the expression of a delicate blend of terroirs and Chardonnay and Chenin grape varieties, not to mention the local star: Mauzac. The organic conversion is underway, and there is no doubt that the family will continue to be one of the region's leading references in the years to come.
