The estate : The Antech House is a family estate that has been run by the eponymous family for 6 generations. Now managed by Françoise Antech-Gazeau, the estate is the largest independent producer in the region. A specialist in sparkling wines, the estate produces AOC Crémant de Limoux, Blanquette de Limoux, and Blanquette Méthode Ancestrale. The wines are the result of a delicate blend of terroirs and Chardonnay and Chenin grape varieties, not to mention the local star: Mauzac. The estate is undergoing organic conversion, and there is no doubt that the family will continue to be one of the region’s leading references in the years to come.
