The wine: Cand excellent Chardonnay from the Antech family is a very pretty fruity and fragrant wine communicating a lot of pleasure in tasting . Perfectly balanced, its aromatic evolves into gourmet notes of peach, pear, apricot, citrus as well as an exotic touch (mango ). A perfect wine for friends and excellent value for money and which will go wonderfully with your aperitifs, salads, seafood and shellfish!

The estate: The Maison Antech is a family estate where the family with the eponymous name has been at the helm for 6 generations. Today managed by Françoise Antech-Gazeau, the property is the largest independent producer in the region. Specialist in sparkling wines, the estate produces in AOC Crémant de Limoux, Blanquette de Limoux and Blanquette Method Ancestrale. The wines are the expression of a delicate blend of terroirs and Chardonnay and Chenin grape varieties, without forgetting the local star: Mauzac. The organic conversion is underway and there is no doubt that the family will continue to be one of the great references in the region in the years to come.
