The estate : The estate Le Calendre is a family-run estate with 4 hectares located in the commune of  San Pietro in Cariano, north of Verona and in the heart of the Valpolicella Classico DOC. Here, the vines are cultivated using a pergola system that gives the grapes more light and wind, thus promoting ripeness and helping to prevent certain diseases. At the estate, all work is done by hand and every detail matters, from the care given to the vines throughout the year to the precision of every gesture during vinification. Although not officially certified, the cultivation methods and winemaking techniques used are similar to organic farming. Discover this small estate producing wines of great finesse, proudly representing the region and  its grape varieties: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara.
