The wine :  This magnificent Grand Cru Corton-Bressandes from the domaine Jacques Prieur delights with its velvety texture and its extremely gracious body on the palate! Located on the Grands Crus hill of Corton, the estate's plot benefits from stony clay-limestone soils and a southeast exposure that promotes excellent ripeness. On the palate, the fruit is intense and deep, evolving into smooth notes of black cherry and blackberry. These are combined with a harmonious spicy touch (pepper, clove, vanilla). In a few years, tertiary notes (humus, earth, leather) will appear, completing a grandiose aromatic palette. A Pinot Noir for aging and of very high quality for special occasions !
